Pacific County Courthouse
The Pacific County Courthouse is an historic structure built in 1910. During routine maintenance, cracks were found in the columns requiring extensive repairs. We quickly assessed the extent of the damage and researched the best options methods and prepared construction plans to effect the repairs. We assisted the county during construction to restore the integrity of the columns and preserve the structure.

Driftwood Point Apartments
We provided structural and civil engineering services for an apartment complex with thirty units and a community gathering space. The project required pile supported foundations and was in a high wind and seismic region.
